Book Your Appointment Early
Many regular clients block book their appointments so we recommend you book early if you want an appointment with one of our stylists.
Consider Trying a Different Stylist
If you cannot get an appointment with your usual stylist, consider trying a different stylist. All our team members are highly skilled and trained. This is an opportunity for you to find out what they can offer and they may even be better suited to you.
We Know What You Like
When it comes to your hair, we safely store all your client information and technical notes so we know exactly which services you have had and which colours we have used etc. So most of our stylists will be able to achieve the look you desire.
Will I Need a Patch Test?
If you are having your hair coloured or a brow tint or lamination, you will require a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us to check that you are not going to have an adverse reaction to the professional products we use.
When's the best time to book?
Try booking your appointment earlier in the week if you want to enjoy a more relaxed vibe as there will be fewer clients and less time pressure. This will allow you to relax a bit more. We get busier as the week progresses so the salon is much busier from Thursdays to Saturdays.
